1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Getcleanify ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our cleaning services and website.

2. Service Description

Getcleanify provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services. The specific details, frequency, and scope of work will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Quote provided to you.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any one-time service or site walkthrough. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

For recurring contracts, cancellation terms are specified in your individual Service Agreement, typically requiring 30 days' written notice.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly or upon completion of service, depending on your agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

Getcleanify is fully insured and bonded. We carry General Liability Insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. While we take the utmost care in your facility, our liability for damage is limited to the terms of our insurance policy.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a scheduled cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
